This warranty does not cover damage of any kind resulting from any one or combination of the following: accidental damage, settlement or distortion of the property structure; abuse or negligence on the part of the owner (s) or any other party. Extremes of weather such as—windstorm, tornado, ice, hail or other acts of God.
